To often we don’t believe we can lose weight even though all those around us are doing just that.
Belief! Is not a magic thing, you must have the confidence you can do it to make the change in yourself and hence lose weight.
Tip: Be sure to drink plenty of water each day. At the beginning of a diet this is especially important as the first few pounds lost will most likely be excess water that our body has retained. Belief that you can do it will go up and so will the odds of you losing the weight that you desire.
