The Negative Calorie Bank – Key To Weight Loss Success
A negative calorie bank? What is that? How can that be a key to success?
Well, let’s look at a real bank and show how a calorie bank is similar!
With a real bank we make deposits and write checks (take money out). We hope the inflows from deposits exceed the outflows over time so our bank account grows in terms of dollars.
A calorie bank is much the same. We have a certain amount of calories we need each day to do whatever we need to do that day. Some days we deposit more calories than we need and those extra calories stay on our body as deposited fat. Other days we don’t add enough calories and our fat will be used to replace what we are lacking.
From personal experience, I have seen that a meal replacement plan works good to get rid of our overdeposits (fat) and when combined with something that makes us feel fuller between meals just makes getting rid of those overdeposits much easier.
From personal experience, I have seen that a meal replacement now and again combined with a plan to feel fuller works wonders in maintenance (it does take time to figure it out).
What would I do, if I were starting today?
I would use a safe, natural product that does not stimulant me for meal replacement and a safe, natural product that does not cause any other issues for felling fuller between meals.
While there are many excellent plans out there, I have found that Thin Shakes work wonders in reducing calorie intake for breakfast and/or lunch (I create a calorie deficit) and that Metabolic Blend does the same for felling full between meals (I have more energy and eat less thus creating a bigger calorie deficit).
Indeed creating a negative calorie bank will help you lose weight.
Please note this is what works for me. I will not guarantee this will work for you but it should.
