Left to right: November 2012, August 2015, October 2016. It is really freaky to look back to see just how far I’ve come and what I am capable of mentally and physically. Sometimes I need to look back on my journey just to see how I’ve made it this far, my reason for doing so, how things unfolded, etc. Your past will always be an important part of the journey. Never forget where you came from because it will be one of the many things that fuels the fire inside of you and what keeps it burning. People change in all sorts of ways throughout a weight loss and fitness transformation, but I beg you to never ever forget your “why”… Your reason for doing this, your reason for transforming yourself, the reason why you chose to endure the pain, sweat and tears associated with this journey. #motivationmonday
